The typical way to correct this missing Display entry is to run the video card or monitor installation disk or download, and then restart the PC. What it does mean is that the operating system doesn't know that there is a monitor connected and therefore won't be able to correctly assign and use the monitor profile you've created and want the computer to use. This doesn't mean you don't have a monitor connected to the computer, because if that were the case, you wouldn't be able to use the computer at all. However, you might see no Displays listed at all in that drop down menu. That's the normal state of things when a monitor profile has been created and is correctly applied by the operating system. Typically the first entry you will see will be for a Display (or multiple displays if you have more than one), and then below that display you'll see an ICC profile marked with (Default) at the end of the file name. In this Control Panel window you'll see a drop down menu that is titled "Devices". The next step you will want to take is to open up Control Panels, (set the view to Large or Small Icon View), then Color Management.
